Challenge 1: Large Chamber Size<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe customer required an internal chamber of 2000\u00d72000\u00d72000 mm to accommodate oversized PTFE components. Standard furnaces typically offer much smaller chambers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solution:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0suko engineered a custom chamber with reinforced walls and optimized insulation to maintain temperature uniformity across the entire 8\u2011cubic\u2011meter space.<\/span><\/p>\n

Challenge 2: High-Temperature Performance<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe sintering process demanded a maximum operating temperature of at least 500\u00b0C, with stable performance over long production cycles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solution:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The furnace was equipped with MoSi\u2082 heating elements and PID temperature control, achieving \u00b11\u00b0C accuracy and a heating rate of 0\u201115\u00b0C\/min.<\/span><\/p>\n

Challenge 3: Local Power Compliance<\/span><\/strong>
\nSouth Africa uses 400V, 3\u2011phase, 50Hz industrial power. Standard furnaces from other regions often ship with incompatible voltage or frequency.<\/span><\/p>\n

Solution:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0suko customized the electrical system to match South African standards exactly, eliminating the need for customer-side transformers or frequency converters.<\/span><\/p>\n

Challenge 4: Structural Integrity Under Heavy Load<\/span><\/strong>
