The Multi-Line PTFE Tube Ram Extrusion Machine is designed for manufacturers that need to increase the output of small and medium-diameter rigid PTFE tubes.
Unlike a paste extrusion machine, this equipment uses a ram extrusion process. It produces multiple independent PTFE tubes rather than one multi-lumen tube.
The PFG35-5 reference configuration has five extrusion cavities. Therefore, it can produce five tubes during the same production cycle. For smaller tube specifications, SUKO can design a customized multi-hole die arrangement. Depending on the tube diameter, wall thickness and die layout, the machine can produce up to 16 tubes simultaneously.
This configuration increases production capacity without requiring several separate extrusion machines. It can also reduce operator workload and shorten the production time required for large tube orders.
Vertical Downward Extrusion
The machine is installed on an upper platform or floor. PTFE tubes are extruded vertically from top to bottom.
The available tube length depends on the clear height below the machine. The extruded tubes can then be cut according to the required finished length.

Replaceable Dies for Different Tube Sizes
The machine can produce different tube specifications by changing the dies and mandrels. Custom options include:

Optional Automatic Feeding System
The PFG35-5 can be equipped with an automatic PTFE material feeding system. It transfers material to the feeding position and reduces frequent manual loading.
The system is especially useful when the machine is configured for multi-line production. It helps reduce operator workload and supports longer production cycles.
The feeder, hopper capacity and feeding controls can be configured according to the material and required production output.

How is the available tube length determined?
The machine extrudes from the upper floor or platform toward the lower floor. Therefore, the available tube length depends mainly on the clear vertical space beneath the machine and the selected cutting method.
